The Meat Cookbook

A coffee table cookbook, with very appetizing photos by Becky Lawton. I especially like Mercè Lopez‘s illustrations of the meat cuts: to make raw meat look good is no easy feat.

This book is part of a kind of series of cookbooks by RBA, hardcovers with the same size and similar cover design. These are two others I designed: La cocina del arroz (The Rice Cookbook) and La cocina del pescado (The Fish Cookbook).
